TTP Corporate Training Human Resource Development and Outplacement
Programs
All corporate and organizational training programs are goal and project specific, and are designed for
the needs of each organization on a contract basis. A team approach is used in developing a preliminary need assessment. Through
this alliance process, an appropriate and specific RFP / Request for Proposal can be created. Contract programs are bid either
fixed fee or per diem.
TTP Professional Counselor Training/Program
Professional Counselor Training/Program
was developed so TTP could be more widely distributed throughout the community by other professionals. TheTransitionProcessTM
is available to any consulting or counseling professional interested in facilitating training or incorporating TTP within
their practice or modality. The prerequisites for a facilitator training/coaching relationship are personal participation
in individual sessions and attendance as a participant & facilitator at a TTP Workshop, as well as a TTP Copyright and a Trademark
Agreement.
TTP Mentor Training (in development)
A mentor training program using TTP template is currently
being developed as a teaching model for community organizations, school programs and support groups.
